Legal information is a very important for almost all the segments of a society. However, there is a dearth of Law portals and web sites in India. This is more so in case of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) related laws and regulations. For instance, there is not even a single “Knowledge Base” in India in the fields of Cyber Law, Cyber Security, Cyber Forensics, E-Governance, E-Commerce, etc. Whatever knowledge sharing exists in India the same comes from private sources like Perry4Law. This is the irony of Indian knowledge platforms that is failing its G2G, G2C, C2G initiatives. In the absence of Governmental will, private initiatives like Cyber Law Working Group assumes tremendous significance.
Perry4Law’s “Knowledge Platforms” are providing holistic and up to date information about the entire gamut of Techno-Legal ICT Regulations in India. Perry4Law is in the process of further development of these and other platforms so that public at large may be benefited to maximum possible extent. To strengthen the same, it will also impart Techno-Legal ICT Training through Perry4Law’s Techno-Legal ICT Training Center (PTLITC), Perry4Law’s Techno-Legal Base (PTLB), etc.
With these objectives in mind, Perry4Law is starting the “Cyber Forensics Tutorials” for all those who are interested in this crucial field. We are sure that these initiatives would be useful for all concerned.
